Monday Affirmations For Success At Work & A Better Week
If you’re like me Mondays are probably might be your least favorite day of the week. I do like what I do for work, but I like my free time more. Positivity exercises are my favorite thing to do when I’m feeling a little down and so of course Monday affirmations are on that list!
Affirmations are a powerful tool that are super easy to use and available to you at any time which I love. They help to train your brain to have less negative thoughts and an overall more positive attitude. I’ve put together a list of positive affirmations you can use for a new day and fresh start of the week.
How to Use Positive Affirmations
Affirmations are positive statements that you say either out loud or inside your head to yourself, which work by both helping you feel better in the current moment AND train your brain to think more positively in your every day life.
The best thing about affirmations is that they are super easy to use and you have access to them pretty much any time anywhere! To use them simply just say the statement in a positive tone, again either in your head or out loud, and really focus on the feeling and statement for a second or two as opposed to rushing through them.
Save this blog in a note on your phone or jot a few down to remember them whenever you need them. You can also print out or buy affirmation cards, put one of the images below as your phone screensaver (contact me if you want the actual file!). Another way to use affirmations is to brainstorm some as a journalling exercise, or to save one of the Pinterest pins below to a board dedicated to empowering quotes and positive statements.
I like to use the apps Flourish, Mantra and Gratitude apps to show an affirmation each on a widget of my home screen, which is a great way to have affirmations in your life without having a set time to practice them. You can read more about Affirmations and how to use them at my blog post.
